How to use this sign-up sheet
Set the event heading, sale date, shared hours and registration deadline in the fields above, then print on US Letter or A4. Leave the table blank so each household writes their name, address, a short list of top items and whether their address may appear on a neighborhood map or public sale directory. Collect completed sheets by your deadline, then type or scan the list for your own records.
For a full playbook on picking the date, recruiting neighbours and advertising as one event, see our community garage sale guide. Browse how other groups list combined events on community sales.
What stays private
Phone numbers, email addresses and payment details do not belong on this sheet — keep those in your own contact list if you need them for reminders. Only addresses marked yes in the directory column should go on a map or flyer shared with shoppers; respect a no answer and omit that house from public listings.
After sign-up: list each sale online
Paper sign-up is for organizing only; shoppers plan routes from online listings. Ask every participating household to post their garage sale free with photos, hours and their own address so the sales cluster on the map. One listing per household beats a single vague event post because buyers can route house by house.
